Welcome to the first entry ever in TFACTS News! This is a journey that started way back in 2005, and will culminate in events that will change how DCS and private provider staff go about doing the vital work of serving children and families in Tennessee. Change quite a bit, actually! That’s why we’ll be posting some really cool and useful information here about TFACTS and updating it often. What, you may ask? Things like basic information about how the new system will work, what it will look like, and some technical stuff (in language even I can understand!). And of course, how this is going to likely affect how you approach your day to day work and things we can identify to help. Yup, all that plus presentations, video, and fun stuff along the way. Like the title said: Here we go! on the exciting journey to use TFACTS!
